Chillax was founded in 2017 with a vision: to create a space where healing touch and genuine care, comes together. We started as a concept shop in DOWNTOWN Miami, Then post pandemic evolved into privet practice at Coral Gables. As a licensed massage therapist and skincare specialist, I’ve always been drawn to the quiet power of regular bodywork, and the transformation it allows in our energy level, peaceful mind and balanced mood.
My journey into wellness began long before Chillax. fascinated by the body’s wisdom, the energy we carry, and the link between our physical and emotional wellbeing. Over the years, I studied a range of healing modalities from shiatsu and acupressure to neuromuscular therapy, holistic skincare ,aromatherapy and various energy healing methods, seeking ways to offer more than just a service, but an experience.
At Chillax, every session is personal. I approach each client with intuition, presence, and care, blending therapeutic techniques with a deep respect for the individual. Whether it’s through a restorative massage or a results-driven facial, my goal is to help people reconnect, with their breath, their body, and their sense of calm.
